I cannot recommend Tasnia highly enough. I’ve had both laser treatments and microneedling with her, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Tasnia is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping her clients achieve the best results possible.

She always takes the time to explain the treatments thoroughly, answer any questions, and make sure I feel comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail and personalised approach made me feel confident that I was in expert hands.

I had my Microdermabrasion appointment today and I was treated by Florina. She is extremely professional and treated my skin so nicely. I am very pleased with her service. Request her to deal with all my appointments. Last time I had my Lazer treatment for my face and neck by Florina. Then again she done it so nicely. Really Really happy with the treatment.... Last time I had my Lazer treatment for my face and neck by Florina. Then again she done it so nicely.
Really Really happy with the treatment.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I have already paid in advance for multiple laser sessions at this clinic and have completed several treatments here, but the behaviour of the staff — especially the manager Amna — was shocking and completely unacceptable.

Yesterday at around 5:50 pm I visited the clinic to book an appointment for the next day. At the time of booking I clearly mentioned that I was not 100% sure if I would be able to attend and that I would confirm shortly.

Within 15 minutes of leaving the clinic and reaching the parking area, I called back to inform them that I would not be able to come the next day and politely asked if the appointment could be moved to the following day instead.

Instead of helping, Amna spoke to me in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone and refused straight away. She kept repeating that the clinic has a 48-hour cancellation policy. This makes no sense in this situation because the appointment itself had just been booked for the next day. If the booking was made less than 24 hours before, how could I possibly cancel 48 hours in advance when those 48 hours were never even given?

Despite informing the clinic almost immediately after booking, there was no understanding, no flexibility and not even a basic apology.

What made the situation even worse was that Amna spoke to me in a very disrespectful way and even said that she would “see how I get my treatment tomorrow even if I come.” This felt extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially from someone claiming to be the manager.

This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location. On a previous occasion, I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment and they refused to provide my session, which resulted in me losing a session that I had already paid for. Losing a paid treatment for being just a few minutes late is extremely unreasonable.

The Laser Clinic brand itself has a good reputation, but behaviour like this from staff seriously damages the brand’s image.

I expect a proper apology from Amna for the way she behaved with me. I would also like the owner or higher management to contact me so I can explain this situation in detail.

If this issue is not addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and share my experience more widely so that other clients are aware of how customers are being treated here.

She provides the service and makes it worth the money by taking her time and ensuring no spot is missed. She ensures that I’m comfortable and takes constant measure to make sure I’m not in pain. I’ve been having laser hair removal at Laser Clinics UK in Ilford and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! I’ve just had my second session and Tasnia has been amazing from the start. She’s so friendly, professional, and really puts you at ease. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment.
I’m having my underarms and Brazilian done, and I was shocked at how good the results were after just my first session — I could see a big difference straight away!
