I’ve been with laser clinics for months now and have to say the experience has been amazing!! Staff and therapists have been so kind but would like to give a personal shoutout and big thank you to Harvinder, she’s the best at making me feel safe and understands circumstances. Has never made me feel judged or insecure and i refuse to have any other therapist apart from her. She truly goes above n beyond for every session and would highly encourage everyone to book with her for all your treatments. I had my laser treatment at this clinic in Ealing and it was done by Azadeh. She was extremely professional, attentive, and patient throughout the entire session. She clearly knew what she was doing, carefully adjusting the settings based on each area instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. She constantly checked, asked questions, and made sure everything was done correctly and safely. Very polite, calm, and respectful, which made the whole experience comfortable.
