She is professional, thorough, and makes the whole experience so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, and I’ll always book my appointments with her.

On a separate note, my appointment on 27th August with another staff member unfortunately felt quite rushed and not up to the usual standard. I left feeling that the treatment hadn’t been done properly, which was disappointing, especially given the cost (£90). I also noticed faster-than-usual hair regrowth afterwards, which was frustrating. It’s a shame because Daniela provides such an outstanding service, but one less careful experience can really affect overall confidence in the clinic. Show less »

I've been using the clinic regularly for five years and I'm always very satisfied. My hair isn't growing back, and I return to the clinic every few months to maintain the results. I've been using the clinic regularly for five years and I'm always very satisfied. My hair isn't growing back, and I return to the clinic every few months to maintain the results. It's a wonderful feeling to go on holiday and not have to worry about unwanted hair. I've also started facial treatments, which are wonderful, and after a few sessions, I can see a huge difference. My face tone is wonderful, and my discoloration disappears with each treatment. Worth every penny!!! All of the ladies are so nice & friendly, always happy to help.
