On a separate note, my appointment on 27th August with another staff member unfortunately felt quite rushed and not up to the usual standard. I left feeling that the treatment hadn’t been done properly, which was disappointing, especially given the cost (£90). I also noticed faster-than-usual hair regrowth afterwards, which was frustrating. It’s a shame because Daniela provides such an outstanding service, but one less careful experience can really affect overall confidence in the clinic. Show less »

I've been using the clinic regularly for five years and I'm always very satisfied. My hair isn't growing back, and I return to the clinic every few months to maintain the results. It's a wonderful feeling to go on holiday and not have to worry about unwanted hair. I've also started facial treatments, which are wonderful, and after a few sessions, I can see a huge difference. My face tone is wonderful, and my discoloration disappears with each treatment. Worth every penny!!! All of the ladies are so nice & friendly, always happy to help.
