I’m so happy with my results at Laser Clinic Cambridge.
I can already see a noticeable difference, even though I’ve only completed 3 out of the 10 sessions I bought during the Black Friday promotion.
Everyone there is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away. The clinic is very clean, and booking appointments has been so easy — they have lots of availability and are open Monday to Sunday, which makes everything super convenient.
I also really appreciated their honesty and kindness when I first started. I had bought a package that included treatments I didn’t actually need, and they offered me a refund for the difference without me even asking. That level of customer service was unexpected and really lovely.
A special mention to Lorna — she is so nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. She always makes me feel at ease.

Was five minutes late to an appointment, I was waiting to be seen for 3 minutes and by 2:38pm my appointment was cancelled and I lost my session. Will finish my sessions and go elsewhere for lazer. Do not recommend!

The staff are helpful, and the equipment is of high quality. Each session is a pleasant experience. However, if you require follow-up for a specific concern, it's best to book the same specialist each time, as estheticians may vary between appointments.

This place should be avoided! They have frequent changes of staff and they are not at all interested in retaining their clients. All staff joins for short periods of time to do these treatments on themselves, and then move on. I have been there many times and it was never a good experience, but last time they really upset me and I am never going back there.
