Extremely disappointing experience. I started my skin treatment in March 2026 and paid in full for a package of 4 Skin Accelerator Peel sessions. I have only received 1 session.
The therapist was good, but I was given no aftercare instructions. Within 2–3 days, I developed severe skin irritation, intense itching, large lesions, and major flare-ups. When I contacted the clinic, the manager, Emma, asked me to come back and I was given light therapy, which did not improve my condition.
The worst part has been the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails, made numerous phone calls, and left voicemails regarding my remaining prepaid sessions, but no one has responded. I even visited the clinic in person and waited at reception for almost an hour, and there was nobody available to help.
It has now been almost 3 months with no updates, no appointments, and no resolution. I paid a significant amount of money in advance, yet once they had my payment, I was completely ignored.
My skin is now in a worse condition than before I started treatment, and I have been left without the support or follow-up that any reputable clinic should provide. The clinic appears to be severely understaffed and unprofessional, with extremely poor customer service and patient care.
I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think twice before paying upfront. My experience has been stressful, expensive, and incredibly disappointing.
