I purchased the Full Legs laser hair removal package, and after waiting the recommended amount of time (and even longer than recommended), several areas of my legs still have hair that never fell out at all.

My hair is very dark, so this is clearly not an issue of the laser “not working” on my hair type. In fact, some areas are completely hair-free, which proves the laser itself worked where it was actually applied. The problem was the application process.

I specifically remember that during my appointment, some of the areas where the hair is still present were simply skipped. Since it was my first laser appointment, and I’m not a professional in this field, I didn’t question it at the time — nor should I have needed to. The person performing the treatment is the professional being paid to know how to properly do the procedure.

Laser hair removal is extremely expensive, and it’s unacceptable for customers to end up paying for a professional’s mistake.

Another reason I didn’t feel comfortable questioning anything during the appointment was because the staff were already very passive-aggressive and rude. I’m not the only person who feels this way about their customer service.

I’ll also be posting photos because it’s very obvious from the hair length that this is not hair that “fell out and regrew.” You can clearly see the contrast between the areas where the laser was actually applied (completely hair-free) and the areas that were missed.

What makes the situation even worse is that they offer absolutely no refund or compensation, even when the service is poorly done. So in the end, the customer is simply forced to pay for the professional’s mistake.

The main reason for this review is the level of care she provides. Holly’s attention to detail is exceptional, I never feel rushed, and she really focuses on the more stubborn areas to make sure the treatment is thorough. It always feels like I’m getting the right level of coverage and value for money.

Having had many sessions over the years on my laser journey, Holly really stands out to me as a fantastic therapist. I felt strongly about leaving this review after my visit today.

I have been attending this clinic for a while, the prior manager Shireen who sadly left was outstanding, her energy, knowledge & dedication to her team and the clients including myself was second to none. This clinic has taken a dramatic turn for the worse since the change in management. What was once a reliable, client-centered clinic now feels chaotic and poorly run.
Scheduling is a mess, appointments routinely run late or get changed without proper communication, and basic follow-up has become unreliable. The overall atmosphere has shifted noticeably—staff appear stressed, disengaged, and left to deal with the fallout of bad leadership decisions - The previous manager had this in order.
This isn’t about one bad visit. The decline has been consistent and obvious over time, which points to systemic mismanagement rather than isolated mistakes. It’s frustrating to watch this clinic unravel so quickly due to poor oversight.
I can no longer recommend this place and will not be returning as long as the current management remains in charge. Laser Clinics sort it out! To existing or potential clients don't waste your time go to Therapie. Show less »
