My experience here was crap. First of all if your getting your intimate areas lasered, just beware that there will be a different lady lasering you each time. My experience here was crap. First of all if your getting your intimate areas lasered, just beware that there will be a different lady lasering you each time.

I had about 4 different ladies laser me, and only 2 out of 4 of them actually knew what they were doing, the others did not have a clue.

They were always late, for every single one of my appointments I had to wait 20 to 45 minutes extra.

After 5 sessions, so much of the hair is still there, so why did I pay £40 per session then?!?!

I would advise to just buy an at home Laser than wasting your money Show less »

Sadia was fantastic! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave great advice, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Hi l came in with my mum today and Sadia did my mum's laser, sadia was polite and professional with her job. The minute we walked in, she greeted us with a smile. She knew exactly what she was doing. My mum was very pleased with her job. I would rate her 100 stars that's how good Sadia is. Thank you for looking after us and doing a great job.

So far I’ve had 5 treatments, initially I was with a lady named Briony who was great however there was a change of staff around my 3 session and it went really down hill from there. I came in with my mum who is also receiving treatment, she was late by 10 minutes due to heavy traffic and I was late by 5. The attendant said it was fine and that she’d fit my mum in but during her treatment she only did the front of her Hollywood not the back which she said was due to a lack of time and that she’ll have to do it next time. When my mum then asked to book it in for the day after she stated that she cannot do it and that my mum will have to just wait next month. i understand that as a business you will be very busy some days and coming late to appointments makes it difficult but if that were an issue we would have preferred to book it in for another date. As well as that for both of us they rushed it so much we were done in 5 minutes? At that point we had completely regretted getting laser done.

Coming to my fifth session however, we’re both now receiving treatments from Lucy who has been absolutely! her customer service is exceptional and in general a lovely lady. We’ve both left very satisfied and happy and look forward to further sessions! Show less »

I honestly cannot recommend laser hair removal enough! I used to have a lot of thick facial hair, and it was something I constantly had to manage. After 5 sessions at Laser Clinics, the results truly speak for themselves — I’m literally hair-free and don’t have to shave at all in between sessions anymore! Bryony is amazing at what she does, she was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the first consultation I had with her. She explained everything so well to me and my skin hasn't been better, the hydrafacial was amazing, as was the results. Patricia did a fantastic job with my microneedling treatment using polyneucleotide. She was very friendly and kind throughout the session, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
