My partner & I had the pleasure of having a laser consultation with the lovely Charn. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable throughout. After a very disappointing experience at the Bexleyheath branch, moving to the Bluewater clinic was the best decision I made. From my very first appointment, Oraneb has been absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.
I booked a full body laser treatment, and she always comes fully prepared—she carefully reads all my notes beforehand and is ready for the appointment. She gives clear, honest advice about which areas should be avoided due to possible side effects, which really made me feel safe and confident. During the treatment, she is very attentive, regularly checking how I’m feeling and adjusting the settings if needed.

She also explains the aftercare properly, which has really helped, and I’m seeing very good results from the treatments. Oraneb is so kind and easy to talk to that the session flies by—it honestly feels like catching up with a good friend. I always make sure my appointments are booked with her, and I leave every session feeling relaxed, refreshed, and happy. Show less »
