I had a HydraFacial done on my face, but I didn’t see any results at all. In fact, my face became very red and started feeling hot afterwards. They charged me £150, and the entire HydraFacial was finished in just 35 minutes. The experience was very disappointing because the staff did not seem knowledgeable. The experience was very disappointing because the staff did not seem knowledgeable. They appeared confused and kept discussing things among themselves. When I asked them to recommend some home-care products for my skin, one of the staff members told me to decide for myself and buy whatever I thought was suitable for my skin.

If they don’t have proper knowledge about skin care, I don’t understand how they can perform HydraFacial treatments. Overall, my experience was very poor and unsatisfactory. Show less »

Billy was amazing on the phone and helped me even with my car problems. Oraneb does my appointments most of the time and she is always amazing. Had my first laser session with Elly and she was amazing.
She talked through everything with me and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Elly is so lovely and made me feel relaxed. I can’t wait for my next one xx

My partner & I had the pleasure of having a laser consultation with the lovely Charn. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable throughout. After a very disappointing experience at the Bexleyheath branch, moving to the Bluewater clinic was the best decision I made. From my very first appointment, Oraneb has been absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.
I booked a full body laser treatment, and she always comes fully prepared—she carefully reads all my notes beforehand and is ready for the appointment. She gives clear, honest advice about which areas should be avoided due to possible side effects, which really made me feel safe and confident. During the treatment, she is very attentive, regularly checking how I’m feeling and adjusting the settings if needed.

She also explains the aftercare properly, which has really helped, and I’m seeing very good results from the treatments. Oraneb is so kind and easy to talk to that the session flies by—it honestly feels like catching up with a good friend. I always make sure my appointments are booked with her, and I leave every session feeling relaxed, refreshed, and happy. Show less »
