I want to warn others about a serious issue.
Someone who claimed to work at this clinic sold me prescription-only weight loss injections from Japan privately. She told me that each pen could be used four times, which was completely false — it turned out to be single-use.

Because of this false information, I paid around four times the normal market price, and when I questioned it, she insisted this was “normal.” Later, when I asked for a refund and tried to clarify the situation, she suddenly blocked me and cut all contact.

If this individual is indeed affiliated with this clinic, I strongly urge the management to investigate. Show less »

This is the most professional and best medical clinic I have encountered in London. The owner, Lulu, is very nice. If you come to see her, you won't be disappointed.
