They were with me every step of the way in the process and I have never felt so calm and relaxed throughout the lead up to my procedure. The level of customer service was brilliant and I was treated so well. The procedure went exactly as advised to me and the aftercare has been exceptional. My partner had the male adjustment surgery done back in July, the surgeon discussed the process to us and answered all our questions which put our minds at ease. My partner was in and out within an hour, they bandage him up with a garment and was given some antibiotics for recovery. My partner had the male adjustment surgery done back in July, the surgeon discussed the process to us and answered all our questions which put our minds at ease. My partner was in and out within an hour, they bandage him up with a garment and was given some antibiotics for recovery. The recovery process took 6 weeks to heal but it was so worth it, he is over the moon with the results, I can see the confidence in him and he is now wearing tops he couldn’t ever wear before without feeling conscious of his chest.

It was my first time having botox and I knew everything I needed to know and felt confident in Emily.
