I came here to have Botox done on my 11's. After having it done I ended up with ptosis, both my eyelids drooped onto my lashes, and one eyebrow moved and the other was paralysed. I looked like I'd had a heart attack. And there was pretty much no difference to my 11 lines between my brows. I did keep messaging Karen to tell her this, but kept being fobbed off... Show more »

I came here to have Botox done on my 11's. After having it done I ended up with ptosis, both my eyelids drooped onto my lashes, and one eyebrow moved and the other was paralysed. I looked like I'd had a heart attack. And there was pretty much no difference to my 11 lines between my brows. I did keep messaging Karen to tell her this, but kept being fobbed off. She seen me again to top it up, an I spoke about the things that had gone wrong, and she showed me a diagram on the wall like I'm stupid showing me how it wasn't her Botox lol. And it was something I've done 🤣 I've never had this before, but 2 days after her injections I look like I had a stroke... She also said she's never heard of droopy lids or paralysed brows ( ptosis) 🤔 how can you do a course to become qualified without knowing things that go wrong if done incorrectly!... She also said, she's not the beautician for me, basically telling me not to come back because she bodged my face.... I've seen 2 other beauticians now, an been told she did it wrong and in the wrong places and should of accepted fault.
