I had Potenza Radio Frequency Microneedling at Face Facts Aesthetics a few months ago. I did not have high expectations or any pre conceived ideas of what to expect either during or after the treatment. The clinic as a whole is a lovely space, the clinic rooms are bright and comfortable with the highest standards of clinical hygiene. The treatment was fully explained to me before and during and my comfort was considered at every point. I’m 55yrs old and being an ex-smoker had a lot of fine lines and some quite deep ones around my mouth that I was very self-conscious about. I didn’t for one minute think that this treatment would be as effective as it was. Within days I could see an improvement in the fine lines all over my face but I noticed especially around my mouth. My skin kept improving over the following weeks. I haven’t shut up about it I’m so happy with the improvements I’ve seen. Definitely recommend this treatment. Thank you Show less »

Barbara is absolutely fantastic and has honestly changed my life! I first came to Barbara almost two years ago as I suffered with painful acne and deep forehead lines, both of which were big insecurities of mine.
After a thorough consultation in which everything was explained to me in great detail, we completed a course of peels for the acne and it transformed my skin.
I also received wrinkle relaxants in two areas every three months from Barbara and continue to love the results. I still can’t believe how different my skin is and would never have believed it could look so good.
I’ve also had my lips enhanced very naturally by Barbara twice now and absolutely love the results, they’re so natural which is exactly the look I want.
Barbara is a very highly qualified professional who delivers safe and incredible results every time and I can’t wait to start all of my treatments again after pregnancy! Show less »

Barbara is a consummate professional but with a friendly manner that puts you at ease immediately. She explains the procedure in detail and listens to any questions regarding this. I was fully satisfied with the information given and happy to go ahead with the treatment. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will most definitely return in the future.

I have had a few different things done from Barbara now, and can honestly say I’ve been impressed every time. She is very honest at consultation and will tell you if she doesn’t think you need something rather than just take your money. She checked in after with me each time which was a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend!

I have known Barbara for nearly 20 years first as a nursing colleague then as a best friend. For the time that I have known Barbara, hard work, study, further education and dedication to her proud profession is how I would sum her up. She is a safe, ethical, research based, skilled practitioner-combined with her passion for skin care and aesthetics she’s hard to beat. Barbara has an immaculate clinic and her infection control measures are outstanding. Barbara is friendly and approachable so you feel comfortable to discuss any skin issue with her. You will have a safe, professional experience with a nurse practitioner who cares and believes in the procedures she delivers. I would not recommend an aesthetic practitioner lightly as a nurse myself but rest assured you are in safe experienced hands with Barbara. Show less »
