Disorganised, dismissive, and not worth your time or money
I arrived at 11am for an appointment at 11:20. As I’d come straight from a walk with my baby, I asked the receptionist whether I had time to quickly fetch my pushchair from the car. She told me no — I needed to be in at 11:20 sharp. So I made do, holding my baby in a carrier for the entire wait.
11:20 came and went. Then 11:25. At 11:25 the receptionist finally came to ask me to fill out forms — something I could have done during the 25 minutes I’d already been sitting there. When the dermatologist eventually appeared, he seemed confused about my appointment time entirely, suggesting it was actually 11:30, and muttered something to the receptionist about how appointments were being booked.
When I pointed out that I could have gone to get my pushchair if I’d known there was time, his response was a sarcastic “well, I’m sorry we’re running late” in a sarcastic manner, delivered with a look that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I left immediately and requested a refund.
The manager came out, authorised it without making eye contact, offered no apology, and made zero attempt to understand what had gone wrong or make it right.
The whole experience — from the misinformation at reception, to the scheduling chaos, to the dismissive attitude of the dermatologist, to management’s complete indifference — was poor from start to finish. There are plenty of skin clinics that will treat you with basic respect. I’d look elsewhere. Show less »

All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable in their fields.
The clinic is not only competitively priced but offers payment schemes too!
I cannot recommend more highly, you just have to see for yourselves.

Brilliant experience today at Epsom Skin clinic in Peacehaven with hyfrecation/Cryotherapy. The clinic is very clean and beautifully decorated. I Felt pampered from the moment I walked through the door. Becky and Tom made me feel welcome and at ease as I was a little nervous. Zoe carried out the treatment and talked me though everything that was going on and checked I was OK throughout the treatment. She was very good and gentle. Very happy with the final result. I definitely recommend and i will be back for other treatments. Had a manicure and shellac nail set afterwards to top off a good morning. Show less »
