I had Facet Joint Radiofrequency Denervation in May, done by Dr Saw. I am now 6 weeks post procedure and couldnt be happier with the results. I have gone from being able to do less than 200 steps a day to 6000 steps a day, and increasing. My pain is greatly reduced, to almost non-existent. I had Facet Joint Radiofrequency Denervation in May, done by Dr Saw. I am now 6 weeks post procedure and couldnt be happier with the results. I have gone from being able to do less than 200 steps a day to 6000 steps a day, and increasing. My pain is greatly reduced, to almost non-existent. I had poor health and depression and anxiety but with the huge reduction in pain, my moods and general heath has improved greatly. I don't take anymore pain meds. I have even signed up to do the Million Step Challenge.
