I had high expectations for this clinic, but unfortunately, I do not feel it is a place I would return to for further treatment. My main concern is the lack of transparency. When I initially called for information, I specifically asked about finance options, as I intended to use this route. The receptionist assured me that finance was available and could be arranged on the day of my appointment. However, when I arrived, I was told that finance required instruction at least ten days prior to payment and was only available for a minimum amount, all while I was being asked to make payment immediately. This experience made me feel that the clinic prioritises money over patient care, and I do not appreciate being misled.
I also experienced a lack of professionalism. After my treatment, I had to chase for aftercare instructions, which were promised by email but only arrived the following day after I contacted them twice, via both email and text. One of the aftercare guidelines mentioned avoiding alcohol for 24 hours before treatment, which would have been useful to know in advance.
Regarding the treatment itself, I have some unevenness below my eyes, apparently due to the shape of my face, and some firm areas near the edges of my mouth. The doctor offered to dissolve these, though this would have brought back the lines I wanted to minimise with the filler. While I am not saying the doctor's feedback was incorrect, it did not meet my expectations.
