I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic.

Upon arrival, I was not properly welcomed and was simply told to take a seat. After completing the required forms, I was directed to sit in front of a facial scanning machine. As I had booked a skin and body consultation, I questioned whether this was necessary and was then informed that I had booked the wrong consultation.

I explained that I had previously attempted to contact the clinic to confirm I was booking the correct appointment, but my call was not answered and I did not receive a callback. The staff member advised that they are very busy, unable to answer the phones and are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. However, my call had been made on a Tuesday.

Although I apologised for any confusion regarding the booking, I politely explained there were no other suitable consultation options available that I could book. I was then taken into a consultation room where I was informed that the full range of treatment options advertised on the clinic's website are not actually provided. I was also given conflicting information regarding treatment waiting times, initially being told I would need to wait at least nine months and then six months.

The consultation itself lasted less than five minutes, yet I was still charged the full consultation fee.

To add to the confusion, I showed the online booking options and asked which consultation I should have selected. I was then told that the appropriate consultation is not listed online and I had in fact booked the correct option.

I have not left an online review before of this nature, but unfortunately this experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. As a medical professional myself, I found the communication from staff to be poor, inconsistent and lacking in client care. I left feeling that my concerns had not been addressed and that the service provided did not justify the consultation fee charged. Show less »

I knew from my initial consultation with Dr Nancy that I was in such safe, capable, professional hands. What’s an amazing experience? Had my Botox done with Sarah? Not only was she very professional. She took the time to study my face to make sure everything was perfect.
