I waited for 10 mins and rang the bell multiple times over that period and no one answered. Bizzare experience. I arrived about 5 minutes early for my appointment and rang the bell and no one answered. I waited for 10 mins and rang the bell multiple times over that period and no one answered. As there is no number to call I emailed and messaged on instagram, I received a response to my email only later on that day and received a refund for my deposit with no explanation. I left thinking it was either a scam or they hadn't bothered turning up to work that day. Show less »

I went back for Botox & Filler appointment and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and results.
Dr Mo is absolutely fantastic and the lovely lady at reception is the sweetest.
