Booked an appointment for Hydrafacial with Dermalux Wingham. Paid £50 deposit. Appointment was booked for 11.30 on 14th November. Booked an appointment for Hydrafacial with Dermalux Wingham. Paid £50 deposit. Appointment was booked for 11.30 on 14th November. Received confirmation email and daily text messages reminding me not to forget this appointment. The last of these texts being the day before confirming 11.30 14th November booking. At approx 8.30 on the morning of my appointment disappointingly received a text advising of a diary clash . If I had been advised of this diary clash in the text sent to me the day before I would have had time to go elsewhere

Phoned to make an appointment but nurse was too busy to speak, so I made an appointment online, I received text to confirm booking. Rushed to make it for 1pm today & was stood outside in the cold ringing the doorbell with answer machine for 20 minutes. Also kept telephoning to say I was waiting but no one answered. Still no phone call back & I left my phone number online & on the ring doorbell & on answer phone. Very poor & will definitely not be using this place. Very unhappy Show less »

I saw nurse louise who was very informative about my treatment , she is kind caring gives you time to talk & think about & advise about what you want done ! I was very happy with my treatment ! She is sooo good at what she does ! I’ve found a lovely place to go now l felt really relaxed. I’ve also had a massage at Dermaluxe that was so good as well ! I won... Show more »

I always know I'm in good hands with Louise.
