I had buccal fat removal surgery with Mr Sam Ghorbanian, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understood the procedure, the expected results, and the recovery process.

What really stood out to me was his honesty, he genuinely recommends only what is best for you, rather than suggesting unnecessary treatments.
The surgery itself went very smoothly, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process.

Sam and his assistant nurse were supportive, attentive, and made me feel well cared for from start to finish, which really enhanced my overall experience.

After the procedure, Sam clearly explained what to expect during the healing process, and everything he told me was 100% accurate. For example, he mentioned that my cheeks would swell noticeably the day after surgery, and that’s exactly what happened. Being prepared for this made a huge difference, as it kept me calm and reassured during recovery.

It was also very comforting to know that I could easily reach out if I had any concerns to, which gave me extra peace of mind. Show less »

I've seen Dr Sam Ghorbanian a few times, and every visit has been absolutely brilliant. He’s incredibly friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond, nothing is ever too much trouble. I also want to shout out his assistant Georgia and the whole reception team, who are all wonderful. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m writing about an experience I had with Cosmedics in 2019. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. I had just turned 18, came to this horrible clinic with my mum to enquire. The terrible doctor that was dealing with my enquiry was Dr Marion Grob. Her customer service was the worst I had ever seen and it was my first time coming to a clinic in Harley Street. I wasn’t informed that you had to get the treatment done on the day that I went to discuss my situation. Dr Grob told me what would need to be done about my situation and said I had to pay the money straight away. I was shocked because I definitely didn’t go in ready to pay for anything yet. She got so angry and she forced me to pay another deposit of £50 to be able to come back to get the treatment done. Mind you, I had never done something like this before and thought I was at the best clinic (IT ISN’T). I unfortunately came back with my mum (I WISH I DIDN’T) and we came 10 minutes early to avoid delay for the procedure. Tell me why Dr Marion Grob allowed other women who came in after us, who had reservations for a later time than me go in to speak to her before me? I was furious, I went to the reception and said “This is not the NHS, it’s a private clinic where I booked to see this doctor at a certain time, what is going on?” The receptionist apologised and went into the doctors office to speak to Dr Grob and informed her that I’m still waiting. I was then told to wait another 15 minutes since Dr Grob was with another lady just laughing and talking about life. My mum said to not get angry as the doctor might mess up my procedure. So I had to bite my tongue. When we went into the doctors office, Dr Grob gave me the fakest smile and didn’t seem to want to deal with me. While I was waiting for the treatment to start, my mum asked Dr Marion Grob a question when she was sitting right in front of her and guess what? Dr Grob ignored my mums questions and kept looking down at her paper. I spoke to my mum in our native language and said “forget it, she’s awful” After the treatment I just remember thinking that I will NEVER come back to Cosmedics and I hope it shuts down. You would think a clinic in Harley street will care about their customer service when actually all they care about is MONEY. DO NOT GO TO COSMEDICS, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
