From the moment I met Dr. Michail, I felt completely at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable, taking the time to assess my lesion properly and explain the treatment options clearly.
I was so grateful that the procedure could be carried out the very same day, which made the whole experience feel seamless and reassuring.

I have to commend Cosmedics for their see and treat model. I booked my appointment and was seen within two days. Dr Mikhail Malandrakis was brilliant, explained everything clearly and put my mind at ease in regard to my concerns.
The procedure took literally 5 minutes. Aftercare was explained clearly. I have my confidence back and my face is looking normal for the first time in 2 years.
In total it was £450, but to anyone reading this, it is worth it. Not many places diagnose and treat on the same day. Their website also states that prices start *from* £325 so please be aware of this in case of any surprises. All in all, I am very happy with the service and treatment.
