I recently had an anti-wrinkle treatment with Carlie and the whole experience was excellent.
Carlie is so patient and knowledgeable. As a nervous first-timer, she truly put me at ease and never pressured me or forced her opinion. Her manner is incredibly calm, and her treatment room is a delight—a very relaxing space.
The treatment itself was carried out with great professionalism and skill. Carlie's calm voice explained continuously what she was doing throughout, which was very reassuring.
The result is fantastic; it looks completely natural.
I returned three weeks later for my follow-up appointment, and the aftercare was perfect. Carlie showed me photos of how I looked before compared to the final result, and I had a quick, small top-up.
I am very happy with the outcome and cannot recommend Carlie highly enough, especially if you are a nervous first-timer like me. She is brilliant! Show less »

Carly is friendly and professional. She explained all details of my chosen treatment in depth.She spent time finding out what I wanted to achieve. After my first botox treatment, I returned for a follow-up appointment where we discussed any tweaks I wanted done. This was included in the price , which was fair and reasonable. She also carried out an in depth analysis of my skin on a state of the art machine.
I am happy with the results and I am exploring some of the other treatments Carly offers.
I already feel that my confidence has had a boost, which, for a woman of a certain age is very welcome. I only wish she'd been available twenty years ago !
If you're considering any cosmetic procedures, I would recommend Carly because she is really invested in obtaining the results her clients would like to achieve. Show less »
