I’ve been hesitant to write this review but after 18 months of living with the fallout of poor treatment I feel it’s important to share.

I was taken in by the clinic, it’s beautiful, and by Diane’s character. I began with treatments with skincare in mind such as iPRF, peels and Profhilo, but with filler and botox came challenges and complications. I was surprised to hear from Diane she didn’t complete some types of simple botox, such as a DAO or brow lift, due to her previous error on a patient that left them with a lazy eye. This isn’t ideal for obvious reasons, surprising for a clinic named Beautoxicology, but also that the face cannot be treated holistically with a full range of treatments to hand. I had temple filler overfilled with visible lines and bulging (a doctor later confirmed too superficially placed) and a terrible experience with Harmonyca filler that left my jawline practically deformed with lumps and near doubling in size. That Harmonyca was not fully reversible was not made clear to me and the placement (later confirmed by a doctor) was incorrect and shouldn’t have been used ‘off label’ as suggested by Diane. It became clear at this stage I couldn’t trust in Diane’s abilities, she didn’t seem clued up on how to resolve, and so I visited a specialist doctor in London. I’ve spent a small fortune over the last 18 months attempting to correct the damage but I am still left with challenges as Harmonyca cannot be dissolved.

I have learnt through others of further poor outcomes, including overfilling, and cannot recommend the clinic on this basis. Visit at your own risk. Show less »

I came to Diane as an emergency, after a surgeon had caused a Vascular Occlusion and didn’t fully resolve it themselves. Diane saw me outside of her working hours to help dissolve the columella filler and help save tissue above my lip and on the tip of my nose from dying. I came to Diane as an emergency, after a surgeon had caused a Vascular Occlusion and didn’t fully resolve it themselves. Diane saw me outside of her working hours to help dissolve the columella filler and help save tissue above my lip and on the tip of my nose from dying. Diane was so very knowledgeable, she talked me through what could happen, risks involved and how she could help. I felt in very safe hands. I was in so much pain the evening I saw her, and her care and compassion for me that day was second to none and it’s because of her that I have escaped serious scarring caused by another practitioner. If you want a safe, well informed, caring practitioner who puts patients first you need to see Diane. I cannot recommend Diane enough, she truly is amazing! Show less »
