From the first appointment, Michelle was kind, welcoming and helpful. There were no such things as 'stupid' questions. The procedure, details on how it works and after care were all covered at my initial consultation.
At my first treatment, this information was discussed again before treatment began. A second follow up appointment was arranged for 2 weeks later but was assured that I could contact her before that with any concerns. At my second appointment a small top up was given which gave the correct amount for my face rather than using too much the first time.
My own personal set of records are kept documenting the exact amount used at each area to ensure that my treatment is personalised for me.
Each treatment since ( approximately every 3 months), Michelle checks for changes in medical history and assesses how the treatment has worn over the time.

As for the botox itself, I am incredibly happy with the results, I started to see results in under 24 hours, but as more time passed the better the results were. Dr kiss' clinic is lovely too and her hygiene practises are impeccable. Again, I felt completely comfortable thought the whole process.
