the worst experience of my life. I booked the waxing two days ago for today December 4th through the treamatwell app. On the day and time of the appointment the beautician was not there and I was not notified in any way in advance. I wasted time and money. Adittionally, l have no written proof that I will be refnded accordingly. Extremely unprofessional attitude of the employees. You shall not set up an appointment if you are not commited to it and at least you shall contact the customer in case of problems , since the payment is made in advance. Toni is always friendly but very professional. Also mindful of what the client needs, which is very different from what a client thinks they need. Toni always advises what she thinks would work best for your needs. She's not one that will take £££££ "without "keeping "the client's " best interests at the forefront. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

I had the best experience here. Toni is really lovely and reassuring. I had botox and my double chin dissolved and I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended.
