Viola was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad I listened. I told Viola that I just needed a natural looking “tweak” with Botox which I had had previously in other places, but hadn’t quite got the results. I have heavy eyelids and every time I saw this nurse my eyelids were getting heavier and heavier with my anti-wrinkle treatments. Instead of looking youthful I was looking tired and older. I previously had aesthetics work done at a different clinic, seeing their practitioner who prided herself on a long career as a nurse. I have heavy eyelids and every time I saw this nurse my eyelids were getting heavier and heavier with my anti-wrinkle treatments. Instead of looking youthful I was looking tired and older. This practitioner never got me back for Botox reviews as Ruby does, and told me that surgery was the only option without even looking at the poor result.

I had my consultation with Ruby who assured me that she could definitely help with this problem.
She absolutely refused to make any judgement or assumptions about my previous practitioner however once I had been treated by Ruby just once the difference in treatment was night and day - Ruby did so much more.
She was careful, explained everything, took her time and got me back in for reviews and asked me to send a video message. She truly listened to me, is very conscientious and safe - she has produced results that actually astounded me considering I was told surgery was the only option.

Ruby never makes you feel under pressure to add or do more treatment and the clinic is a very calm environment. She takes an active interest in long term results - not just take your money and have an 'out of sight out of mind' attitude like I experience at my previous practitioner.

I absolutely trust her and recommend this clinic to all. Show less »

I recently attended a 3 day Beginners Course in botox and dermal fillers with Fern. She immediately put me at ease with her warm and friendly nature. I recently attended a 3 day Beginners Course in botox and dermal fillers with Fern. She immediately put me at ease with her warm and friendly nature. All aspects of the course were covered well using her extensive knowledge and many years of experience, especially the practical element with her endless supply of available models.
Overall, I really enjoyed my learning experience with her which has given me the confidence to go ahead and open my own clinic. I will definately be signing up for future training courses and would not hesitate in recommending The Cosmetic Lab to anyone else wanting to undertake an Aesthetics Course.
