I had a botox done on my forehead by Mary it was so strong and have had such a heavy eyebrows and dropped eyelids mainly one site for more then 2 and half months not even 3 weeks as I was told! I have never seen a medical profesional to do this kind of treatment on the first appointment clearly the dosage wasnt correct! An awful experience and just cant wait... Show more »

I attended Outline Clinic to have my lips and Hydra Facial done on Tuesday. Although I’ve had my lips done before, I am a very nervous client. On entering the clinic I was greeted by a lovely receptionist (Ellena) who was friendly and sympathetic to my bad nerves. I attended Outline Clinic to have my lips and Hydra Facial done on Tuesday. Although I’ve had my lips done before, I am a very nervous client. On entering the clinic I was greeted by a lovely receptionist (Ellena) who was friendly and sympathetic to my bad nerves. I was offered a drink and told me not to worry and that I was in good hands with the clinic nurse Mary.

On entering the treatment room, I was greeted with a lovely smile. The treatment was explained to me and I felt at ease whilst Mary chatted about her recent holiday. I am so pleased with my lips and having had them done before by another clinic, I can really see the difference, results are amazing.

My lip treatment was followed by a Hydra Facial, I took advantage of a half price offer, the treatment was done by Jade, a really friendly lady, again, we chatted and the treatment was fabulous, a real treat!!! I’ve taken up a plan which saves me some money and helps me spread the cost, this was explained to me in detail and I’ve added some extra treatments in my plan.

I have been having Treatment at outline now for a good few years.
