From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. I was a bit nervous about the dissolving part, but it ended up being completely smooth and comfortable. Sarah explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and checked in with me throughout the process, which really helped take away any anxiety.

After giving my lips time to settle, I went back for my refill and honestly, I’m so glad I did. The final result is exactly what I was hoping for natural, balanced, and beautifully done. It was worth the wait to let things heal properly before starting fresh.

I recently had my lip colouring and dark-lip neutralisation procedure done by Santhy at Lumi Skn in Kettering, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The transformation in my lips from before to after is truly remarkable — the difference is clearly visible, and the results have exceeded my expectations.

One of the things I appreciate most about Santhy is her honesty. Before starting the treatment, she explained everything clearly — especially the fact that dark-lip colour correction is a gradual process and can require up to four sittings to achieve the best long-lasting results. She didn’t overpromise anything; instead, she gave me realistic expectations and asked me for just one thing: to be patient. That honesty and transparency made me trust her immediately.

Santhy is a highly skilled PMU artist from India with 15 years of experience and also an international trainer, and her expertise shows in every step of the procedure. She analysed my lip tone in detail, selected the perfect pigments, and explained how the correction process works. Throughout the treatment, she worked with incredible precision — from prepping the lips to neutralising the darker areas and adding the final colour layers.

She also made the entire experience very comfortable, constantly checking in with me and making sure I understood the aftercare. Her warm personality, patience, and genuine passion for her craft made the whole journey even better.

The results are amazing. My lips now look naturally pinker, healthier, and beautifully even in tone. I feel confident even without lipstick, and I am so glad I trusted the process — and trusted her.
