The numbing cream she used was really effective & made it so I barely felt a thing! The process was far quicker and painless than expected. She gave me a really cute & useful aftercare kit with a soothing lip cream free of charge. I paid using Clearpay monthly instalments, but she has other payment plans available which is really useful. I was so nervous to get my lips done and Shelly made me feel at ease and talked me through the treatment before we began. She didn’t push me to go anymore than I wanted and respected everything I wanted. Sam has done two rounds of lip injections for me and I've a third booked in. I have a medical phobia and for the first 15 minutes of appointment go into melt down. Sam is so professional very empathetic and I wouldn't choose anyone else. My lips were practically nothing and now I have a beautiful shaped and lips to put lipstick on!
