10/10 experience. It was my first time getting lip filler back in January and I was so nervous but Aman was so reassuring and communicated with me the whole way through the process of what she was doing / why she does it that way. I found the information and knowledge really put me at ease. When I walked out at the end of my appointment I was so scared because I wasn’t used to seeing my lips that way and I had some swelling. After about 8 days I LOVED the results and even now (6 months later) I am still very happy and planning to return for a top up✨

Jessica is great, makes the procedure quick but takes care and makes sure you’re ok throughout and happy with the result. Had my lips and nose tip lift (Botox) done yesterday. It’s the 3rd time I’ve been to this clinic and will continue to come here. Jessica is great, makes the procedure quick but takes care and makes sure you’re ok throughout and happy with the result. I prefer this as have been to a clinic previously that spent so long talking to you between each injection that the numbing cream wore off! Lips wise I have very minimal bruising, barely noticeable unless you really look. Again, at other clinics previously I have quite a different experience, and ended up with severely bruised lips the next day which I couldn’t even cover with lipstick.
The guy on the front desk was lovely and really helpful too (didn’t catch his name).
Will continue to come here, makes my lips perfect every time, highly recommend. Show less »

The whole vibe of the clinic was calm and professional.

My mother just got Botox in 4 areas with Jessica and as usual it was absolutely an amazing experience. Jessica is always so comforting and kind always making sure that my mother is okay and giving breaks whenever she needed. She never rushes the procedure she always takes her time to make you feel comfortable and her work speaks for itself. Me, my mother and my sister have all been going to Jessica since 2017 and no words describe how lucky we are to have found an amazing and perfect person like her. I had a bad experience with lip filler years ago at a different place, and I think I’ve been a little scared to redo them ever since. At my first appointment with Chantal, I was feeling a little nervous, but she made me feel so calm and comfortable straight away. She did a video consultation before that appointment too, which really helped put my mind at ease. A few weeks ago she dissolved my old filler, and today I came in to have them refilled – this time I was actually so excited because I trust her completely.

I really love her approach – she’s all about keeping things balanced to suit your face. She talked me through everything, took her time, and her technique is so gentle and precise – I barely felt a thing. My lips already look incredible (even with the swelling!) and I can tell they’re going to heal beautifully. I feel so much more confident now, and I really appreciate how she listened to exactly what I wanted.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
