Dr Ameera was welcoming and informative, and Calli, who carried out my treatment was extremely gentle and patient with me. I never felt rushed, and all questions were answered clearly.

I’ve been going to this clinic for around 10 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my treatments. Over the years I’ve had filler, laser hair removal, Hydrafacials, and polynucleotides, and I’ve also recommended plenty of friends and family for Botox and fillers, every single person has loved their results.

I get so many compliments on my lips especially. They’re only subtly filled (about 0.7ml) but look so natural and perfectly balanced. That’s what I love about this clinic: they really focus on enhancing, not overdoing.

The whole team is amazing. They always take their time during consultations, explain everything clearly, and make sure the treatment recommended is truly the right one for you. Their attention to detail and the level of care they give is unmatched.

On a friend’s recommendation, I booked a consultation at CKS Aesthetics, and Chantal met me with that rare mix of honesty, warmth and straight-up professionalism. A few weeks later, the rebuild was happening. And just to make it more complicated, I was on a countdown to my wedding (I know, who in their right mind would marry a fishfinger. Chanel 4 would love to make a docu about that). Now, three treatments in, polynucleotides, the first bit of facial filler, the whole thoughtful strategy, I can actually look at my reflection without bracing myself. The changes are subtle, intentional, and somehow make me look like… me! Just the version who’s slept, who isn’t running purely on caffeine and responsibility, who hasn’t been steamrolled by work and motherhood. Uh. Cry me a river.

Recently had a polynucleotide appointment with Shanur and couldn’t recommend this clinic enough. As it was my first ever treatment on my face, I was quite anxious, but Shanur took the time to listen to my concerns and instantly put me at ease. She even called the next day to check how I was feeling and whether I’d experienced any side effects.

Amazing!

I've previously had the chance to train with Urban Angels in person, and always knew I wanted to go back for more. But living approximately an hour away, it was a struggle finding the time, so when I saw the online courses announced I knew I had to jump at the opportunity!

And I'm so glad I did!! I completed the Signature Lip Masterclass, Polynucleotides and the NAD+ online training courses, and found each one to be jam packed full of useful information, without coming across as overloaded like previous online training I have done.

Each course is laid out in easy to follow subsections, with mini assessments following each part to test your understanding. I found this a really good way to be assessed, as it meant that if I didn't pass/get 100% on that section, I could revisit the chapter as many times as I liked and then retake the assessments.

The demonstration videos are clear, and in real time - nothing chopped and edited into steps, so you can see clearly how it's performed whilst getting a feel for how long it should be taking you. The voice over is clear and easy to understand also.

By far the best online training I've done, and it's always good knowing the Angels team is only ever a message away for support and guidance.

I have been having treatments at Eden for quite a while now and I will only trust Alice to undertake these. Alice is very professional, down to earth and knows her stuff. I have been prepared to get treatments done and Alice has told me to save my money as I don’t need the treatment, whereas other places probably would have just wanted my money. I’ve had an amazing experience at the Derby clinic and couldn’t be happier with my treatments so far.

I started with the Wellness IV drip, which completely restored my energy. I’m sleeping better, feel much clearer mentally, and it’s made a huge difference for someone who’s always on the go.

I’ve always struggled with my skin, but Profhilo has given me a natural, radiant glow. My skin looks healthier, more hydrated, and brighter than ever.

I also had polynucleotides for the eyes, and the results have been incredible. I suffer from eczema, dry eyes, and dark circles, and this treatment has really helped restore and deeply hydrate the under-eye area.

Simran makes me feel completely at ease and really takes the time to address all my concerns. Knowing he is a qualified pharmacist and fully knowledgeable about everything used in the clinic gave me total confidence throughout my treatments.
