Dr Touileb is amazing - the results are subtle and natural which is exactly what I wanted. The whole process was quick and surprisingly comfortable. It was my very first time getting my lips done, so I was really nervous walking in — but Kerry, my aesthetician, was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, from how the filler works to what to expect during and after the treatment. She was so gentle, calming, and professional that my nerves disappeared within minutes.

Kerry really listened to what I wanted — I told her I loved my natural lip shape but just wanted a bit more volume and balance — and she absolutely nailed it. She managed to enhance my lips while keeping their natural shape perfectly. I honestly have my dream lips now, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

The whole team at Ministry of Faces made the experience so welcoming and comfortable. A special thank you to Julie for making me the most delicious hot chocolate while I waited — such a lovely touch that made me feel completely at ease.

Over the past five years, I’ve had Botox and lip treatments at various aesthetic studios, but after experiencing Alice’s services, I will not go anywhere else. As an advanced practitioner, her professionalism and extensive knowledge are evident in every appointment. I have always been nervous about needles and pain, and in the past, I often dealt with bruising and swelling. However, I’ve never had any issues like that with Alice.

She recommended that I dissolve my lip filler and start fresh, something no other practitioner had suggested. This advice turned out to be a game-changer! The migration I had previously experienced is no longer an issue, and the shape and appearance of my lips are now perfect. I’ve only needed 1ml of filler in the past year, and I no longer feel the need for more, as I did before.

The Botox results are long-lasting, and Alice takes the time to listen to my goals, advising on the best areas to target to achieve the look I want. The level of care and attention I receive here is far beyond a rushed appointment.
