I saw Farhana for polynucleotide treatments after being interested for a long time. I was nervous about the treatment as it was my first time, but Farhana was so friendly, gentle and reassuring. The clinic itself is lovely and welcoming and the treatment went great. Farhana went above and beyond - I had just arrived in Harrogate after a stressful day of travel from the US including lost luggage, and she hooked me up with some samples of cleansers and lotions as well as advice about where I could purchase some other essentials.
