From the minute i walked through the door I felt comfortable and in good hands.
Her clinic is spotless and very professional looking with all her certificates on display and offers a comfortable environment.
After I had my botox which I was extremely pleased with i asked Jen about other concerns I had.
She talked me through all the alternatives but with absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the procedures.
I thought it over for a while and decided to go ahead with filler on my cheeks, surrounding areas and lips.
Nurse Jen explained what she was doing throughout and gave me warning before a sharp pain might occur.
I must say it was all very painless.
The results are amazing and I feel that my face has been refreshed to my younger self and let's face it who doesn't want that.
I would definitely recommend Jen. She will make you feel comfortable and safe while working her magic on you.

Nicola walked me through step by step what she was going to be doing, offered me water and little stress balls to hold on to which I took and found very helpful. I got my lips done back in August and it was the best thing I ever done! Nicola walked me through step by step what she was going to be doing, offered me water and little stress balls to hold on to which I took and found very helpful. Nicola was very patient and took a break when I was feeling slight pain. She also told me each time she was going to inject which I found great as i was able to prepare myself. I had asked for big juicy lips with the Russian technique and that's exactly what I got. After care was also giving which I found extremely helpful due to slight bruising but with the after care advice it was sorted in no time. Very calm and relaxing and professional experience, I couldn't recommend Nicola more. I can't wait to get back into the chair for another treatment. Show less »

Nervous to say the least. I have never got my lips done before so before the appointment I was super nervous. Nicky is the most calming person and was able to settle my nerves by making me laugh and just general chit chat! Nicky is the most calming person and was able to settle my nerves by making me laugh and just general chit chat! The procedure was quick but she always reassured me that if I wanted to stop and take a break at any stage, I could do so!
My end results are fabulous!! My close family and friends said they are so natural looking.
Will definitely be back.
