Not having had many treatments before, I was a little apprehensive. However, I had no reason to be worried at all. Rachel put me at ease immediately and explained in detail exactly what the treatment involved and gave guidance on any recovery time needed.
I have had Botox, fillers, laser hair removal and am looking forward to a new skin treatment over the next few weeks.

Dr Davinia is warm, friendly and professional, and she puts me completely at ease every time I visit the clinic. Before coming to her, I had previously had lip filler done elsewhere multiple times and had also needed it dissolved prior to starting treatment with Dr Davinia. When I first asked her about having my lips filled again, she encouraged me to really think about it over a period of around six months to make sure it was something I genuinely wanted. I really appreciated this careful and ethical approach, as it showed me that she prioritises informed, unrushed decisions and truly has her patients’ best interests at heart.
When she eventually agreed to proceed with my lip filler, the results were absolutely perfect — extremely natural and exactly what I had hoped for. I was also very nervous beforehand, as my previous experiences elsewhere had been excruciatingly painful.
