It is fair to say that I really do not think that I could have chosen any better than when I decided to go to Visio Health for cataract surgery. The whole experience from beginning to end has been absolutely first class. The entire team were always warm, friendly, caring, professional, constantly making sure that I felt like their no 1 patient. My initial contact with Sanj was a great experience, he made sure that I knew everything I needed to know, ensuring that I was seen at the earliest opportunity. When I met Ranjit I knew that I was in safe hands. Whilst I wasn’t overly anxious, her knowledge, experience and bedside manner very quickly came shining through. I had both cataracts replaced at the same time and the whole process was over and done in 30 mins. The first class service didn’t stop there, I had Sam on the phone the next day to make sure that everything was ok and I have since had the post op review and test, confirming that my sight is once again perfect, thanks to everyone at Visio Health. From the initial assessment, the surgery and subsequent follow up consultation, I was treated with the greatest care and kindness by the professional team and put at my ease. Although very apprehensive initially, I can honestly say the procedure was pain free and quick. Ms Sandhu prescribed appropriate lens to correct my short sightedness at the same time as the cataract removal and the results have been excellent.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this Consultant and Visio Health to anyone considering eye surgery. Show less »

On arrival at the premises, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff who made us feel very welcome and with the accessibility and cleanliness of the premises.
The surgical procedure and aftercare processes were fully explained and the level of attention to detail during the consultation was faultless.

The removal of the cataracts in both of my husband’s eyes has been a life changing event; the condition came on quite suddenly and worsened very quickly but with the skills of Ms. Sandhu and her team his sight has not only been restored but the improvement in his vision has exceeded his expectations.

VISIO Health are exceptional in their endeavours, providing first-class service with professionalism, kindness and care and we would absolutely recommend them. Show less »

Fabulous experience with my trifocal lenses fitted by Ms Sandu I can see close up for reading, my computer and long distance I had the surgery as I was getting increasing frustrated with changing glasses as I couldn’t get on the varifocal glasses The procedure couldn’t have gone better I was able to walk to car with clear eye sheilds on straight away surgery... I was able to walk to car with clear eye sheilds on straight away surgery
I had a little blurring that night but woke up in the morning with perfect vision at all distances and I could see the smallest text on my Apple Watch the next day and threw away all my glasses
I walked into the coffee shop first thing the next day, I didn’t have any adjustment period and then strength to strength after that
6 months on I couldn’t be happier
It’s been completely life changing and am so pleased I had both eyes done at once

Ms Sandhu is an exceptional surgeon and after a diligent assessment of my condition proposed the appropriate lens to match my condition and lifestyle. I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff were so helpful and nice. I was feeling very nervous before the cataracts because I had RK surgery many years ago. But the VISIO team and Ms Sandhu reassured me that it was no problem.

The cataract operation was quick and there was no pain, and I didn't see anything. The nurses were very helpful and kind.

Before the operation my vision was foggy, and then after it was so clear and bright! O was really happy that I had it done!

My father has recently had both cataracts removed at Visio Health. He had been advised not to drive and was anxious about waiting for Surgery on the NHS. We contacted Visio and had an appointment the same week.
Such lovely and welcoming staff who couldn’t have put him more at ease. He had both eyes done at the same time within 2 weeks. He was apprehensive due to having COPD and keeping still for the operation. However the staff took every step to reassure him and ensure he was comfortable.

I was very nervous about having the operation but in retrospect should not have worried, it really was not stressful. I had Trifocal Lenses fitted by Ms Ranjit Sandhu and would describe the result as amazing and transformational. I was hoping for my eyesight to return to my pre cataract vision, it did far more than this as I now have excellent unaided vision for distance as well as for near. I now have better vision than I have ever had before, and don’t need glasses anymore! I was advised before the operation that a side effect may be an increase in Halo & Glare when driving at night, however, I have not experienced this and am very comfortable with my night driving vision. I opted for EDOF toric lenses, which have made a remarkable difference to my vision—providing excellent clarity and reducing my dependence on glasses. Recovery was smooth and well-managed, with minimal discomfort. The team provided clear instructions and regular follow-ups, and within a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my vision. Now I can enjoy sharp, vibrant sight without the hassle of glasses.

The thought of eye surgery unsettled me, and I wanted to satisfy myself that the procedures would be performed by one of the most skilled people I could find.

After a lot of research, I found Ms. Ranjit Sandhu, one of the leading eye surgeons in the UK (and probably the world).

From start to finish, every aspect of my experience with her and her team was first class: examinations and assessments were comprehensive; explanations were fully informative and in language I could understand; all administrative arrangements were efficient; and, most importantly, the surgery itself was brief, painless, and unexpectedly fascinating.

The theme running throughout my experience was ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This reassured me every day that I was being helped with skilled heads and hands, and caring hearts.

I could not have hoped for a better experience and outcome. My sight is better than it’s been in more than 60 years and my life is more comfortable in so many ways.

I’ll be forever grateful to Ms. Sandhu.
