The Richmond location is excellent, and the app is genuinely useful — easy to manage, reschedule and track appointments, with transparent pricing and good value package discounts available.

Aisha C, the therapist, was incredibly welcoming and had such a sweet and pleasant attitude. She immediately made me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience very comfortable from the start.

She’s definitely a people person and has a level of emotional intelligence that is honestly quite rare. I was genuinely impressed with her both personally and professionally. I also appreciated that she shared some of her own experiences, which made the treatment feel much more personal and reassuring.

Aisha is in her early 20s - the maturity and professionalism she shows are truly outstanding. She carries herself with a level of confidence, care, and attentiveness that is rare to find at any age. Aisha really is a rare gem 💎

The treatment itself went very well and wasn’t painful. This was my first session out of a course of six, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout.

The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming.
The location in Richmond is excellent - very convenient and easy to access.

My first laser hair removal treatment with Aisha was fantastic. She is extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She talked me through the whole process, made sure I felt relaxed, and gave helpful aftercare tips like cooling cream and exfoliating. I left feeling confident and well looked after. Absolutely recommend her.

I had a great experience at Therapie Clinic in Richmond for laser hair removal. The clinic is in a really convenient location and the whole team is friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable.

There was no queue at all at Saturday 11am, and I was seen straight away when I arrived - even though I came 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. This was such a nice change compared to another branch in the same network, where I’ve waited up to 40 minutes past my scheduled time.

A special thank you to Jurate - she is incredibly careful, professional, and genuinely attentive. I really appreciated how thorough she was throughout the session. I’ve had laser at another branch before and the treatment there felt rushed and less precise (with noticeable missed areas), so the difference here was clear.

Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and I’ll definitely be coming back to the Richmond clinic from now on. Show less »

I had my session last sunday for the six times. And i am so happy to have aisha to do my laser. She explained very well and interact during the session. In helps me not be tense and i was rest assured that she did a job the gives me a good result. I hope to have her on my next appointment

The quality really depends on who is doing the treatment — some staff are careful and thorough, while others clearly are not. I trued requesting a specific practitioner when booking, but almost every time I arrive they give me someone else. This makes the whole experience frustrating, because I feel like my treatments are inconsistent and I’m not getting what I paid for.

If the clinic wants better results and happier clients, they need to respect booking requests and make sure all staff are trained to the same standard. Show less »

The person who carried out the work was absolutely lovely and did a truly professional job. I am very happy with the result. It was my first time using this service, and I was a very satisfied customer.

However, the administrative side of things was a nightmare. It felt like dealing with outdated bureaucratic red tape. I asked to add more work to my existing appointment, which most companies would welcome as it means more business, but a mistake was made in the calculation. The invoice came out £2.37 short due to their error.

Two weeks later, I received a call asking for that £2.37. I explained I was on holiday and asked if I could pay it at my next appointment. The person on the phone said that was absolutely fine. But when I turned up, I was told I now owed £14, apparently because I did not pay the £2.37 on a bank holiday, even though the original error was not mine.

This is not how you treat a paying customer. It is such a shame because the quality of the service itself was excellent, but the poor handling on the admin side really lets the experience down that made you pay £12 more for something they did and upset me. Show less »
