She was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and thorough! Once I booked in, Melissa took great care of me; she is absolutely amazing and highly experienced!

The clinic itself is spotless and very well maintained and other staff members are professional and personable, which immediately puts you at ease.

Whilst I won't go into specifics about my treatments, I will say that I am exceptionally happy with the results. Therapie Clinic delivered and more; they prioritise safety and aftercare, and the overall standard is excellent. I would definitely come back. The treatments here are second to none. Show less »

Today I had a appointment with Fatima A, second time I had her, the first time she declined to do my facial treatment because she told me that I needed to shave more, she wasn’t very helpful left me feeling upset. And today appointment I had her again she gave me the same excuse, all of my other appointments I had with other people I never had issue they all been so helpful and amazing. But today with my appointment she asked me what I was having done and she wasn’t sure where about on my chin was getting Laser, she didn’t seem confident doing it, and she told my chin was hairy, she gave me a mirror and pointed out one hair was very fine and thin where it was no where near my chin but more near my upper lip and also told just under my lip also needed shaving but I never had that area laser before. She also questioned me how I’m shaving and told me to only use water and not soap… which made me very concerned. She made me feel very self conscious about myself because before I came to my appointment this was my 6th time coming and I’ve been noticing I haven’t had to shave everyday anymore which left me with amazing results and more confidence in me make me feel like I don’t have to wear full coverage make up anymore and more happy with my skin but today at my appointment Fatima I just got the impression she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t want to do her job, I’ve only had issues with here. Had Rimelda do my laser and what can I tell you… she was soo amazing!! She made me feel so comfortable, and especially when I’m on my period my hormones are everywhere she did such a fantastic job!! Thérapie honestly is the best laser clinic I’ve been too!! Definitely recommend!

Dr Ashley is extremely skilled and professional. The whole process was completely painless, which really impressed me. He has a great attitude—very patient, friendly, and attentive. Becky is the absolute best. My wife was so happy after her session with Becky. If you want a highly skilled therapist who communicates very well and takes special care to make sure that you feel no pain and are at ease, Becky is your person! My wife told me how Becky explained the laser settings to her and she really appreciated that!

Becky is incredibly professional and meticulous — honestly the most thorough laser treatment I’ve ever had. She also shared lots of new and helpful information about laser hair removal that I didn’t know before.

I always book my treatments with Melissa because she’s simply the best! She’s professional, attentive, and really takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and happy with the results. My experience at Therapie Clinic Oxford is great. I had laser hair removal sessions and they really work. All the therapist at the Clinic are lovely, my current therapist was Rimelda, she is very sweet and friendly and makes you feel at ease during the session. She is very precise with her work and I believe its important for laser hair removal treatment. She doesn't rush, which is also very good.
