I’ve received many treatments at Therapie and love the services and treatments offered. The staff at Therapie London Bridge are the main reason I keep coming back. I’ve had both laser and Botox treatments here, and the level of service has consistently been outstanding.

The exceptional Ranya, who carries out the Botox treatments, is incredibly skilled, professional, kind and compassionate, and the new manager, Pragati, has brought a wonderful energy and organisation to the clinic. Every member of staff I’ve encountered has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring.

I’ve recommended Therapie London Bridge to friends, as well as other Therapie clinics in different areas, purely because of the exceptional service and results I’ve received here. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Absolute laser hair removal DISASTER!!! I told both the consultant and the therapist I wanted to leave a specific area untouched. They both said this was fine. Despite me telling them both this, that area was laserd off anyway. I didn’t even shave the area because I assumed we weren’t doing it. Absolute laser hair removal DISASTER!!!

I told both the consultant and the therapist I wanted to leave a specific area untouched. They both said this was fine. Despite me telling them both this, that area was laserd off anyway. I didn’t even shave the area because I assumed we weren’t doing it. So I left with long burnt hair in an area I never wanted touched. In the terms and conditions it says they wouldn’t treat areas that’s aren’t shaved, yet they did. Due to the location on my body was a SERIOUS breach of consent that now may have permanent physical effects.

A refund was agreed from both of us 4 MONTHS AGO and despite this, they still withheld it from me. The is no logical reason why it took this long. We are talking a long string of phone calls, emails and social DMs. The worst cosmetic experience I have ever had. If the procedure mess up wasn’t bad enough, their appalling customer service and empty promises really took it over the edge.

I was told it would be in my account within 10 working days - that was in July…. That would be the first of a string of empty promises.
Avoid these guys.

Just ask yourself this… do you really want someone who isn’t listening to you to do YOUR treatment? Show less »

Firstly, I wasn't told there would be a 50£ charge if i paid in instalments, I found out when I checked the email receipt. Secondly, I had booked my consultation on Saturday and on Monday there was the “special sale”. I requested to change the price of my sessions as I had only put in a 50£ deposit and they said it was not possible to change anything in the... Show more »

Firstly, I wasn't told there would be a 50£ charge if i paid in instalments, I found out when I checked the email receipt. Secondly, I had booked my consultation on Saturday and on Monday there was the “special sale”. I requested to change the price of my sessions as I had only put in a 50£ deposit and they said it was not possible to change anything in the system and that I had to pay for the full price as I had already bought the 10 sessions. I was not aware I had booked the ten sessions, I had just put down a 50£ deposit. Finally, I was told I had a friend discount and that they would give me the cream for free which would make up for the 150£ extra I am paying…hard to believe a cream can cost this much. I am feeling disappointed as I wasn't informed of any costs and the terms of the agreement - that I was locked in for 10 sessions at a certain price weren’t clear. Initially, I was unable to access the service after payment, which was very disappointing and caused me to lose confidence. I waited for over three weeks and made many calls because they “mistakenly” put the slot I paid under other customer’s account! My experiences here have generally been good, although the clinic can seem a bit overwhelmed. However - I had my first session with Rafaela (Raphaela? Sorry!) on Tuesday and she was INCREDIBLE. My experiences here have generally been good, although the clinic can seem a bit overwhelmed. However - I had my first session with Rafaela (Raphaela? Sorry!) on Tuesday and she was INCREDIBLE. Super friendly, knowledgeable, dilligent. Today I had my very first appointment at Thérapie Clinic, and I was lucky enough to be welcomed and looked after by Burcu. From the very beginning, she treated me like the most valued client – everything was clear, smooth, and incredibly convenient for me.

Burcu took the time to explain every detail, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She recommended the best option tailored specifically for me, and I truly felt that I was in safe, professional hands.

As it was my first experience with the clinic, I didn’t know what to expect – but I left with an absolutely wonderful impression. Depending on how things go after my first session, I’m very likely to return for other treatments as well.
