This is now the third time my Saturday appointment has been cancelled at the last minute because, as I was told by the receptionist, the hygienist decided to take the weekend off.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. However, when this happens 3 times in a row, it no longer feels like bad luck, it feels like a complete disregard for your patients’ time.

I was admittedly quite blunt on the phone with the receptionist because, after 3 last-minute cancellations, my patience had run out. What made the situation even more frustrating was that she laughed and told me, “It’s not personal.” Well, after the 3rd cancellation, it certainly feels personal.

The hygienist does a decent job when the appointment actually goes ahead, but that’s not enough if you can’t rely on your booking. People arrange work schedules and personal commitments around these appointments, only to have them cancelled with virtually no notice.

After 3 last-minute cancellations for the same reason, I have completely lost confidence in this practice. A dental practice should be professional and reliable, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Show less »

I have been with this practice for many years and although I have moved from the area I have stayed with Dr Arti as she is a very caring and professional dentist. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and friendly, with beautiful smiles that instantly put you at ease. The receptionist was just as lovely, greeting me with such a kind and inviting smile. The practice maintains very high standards of hygiene, giving me complete confidence in my treatment.

Aysesh's work is nothing short of brilliant – precise, artistic, and flawless. Her advice was excellent, and it really helped me feel informed and comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely be returning for future care.

Really great dentist! The staff are all really attentive and make you feel very welcome. Dr Arti Sharma is so lovely and gentle, always checking in to make sure she's not hurting you or you're uncomfortable.
