Being someone who is nervous with needles, Kirsty completely put me at ease, she made me feel so comfortable and has such a calming and caring nature, I felt in really safe hands. I cannot express how much I love the end result, I fully trust Kirsty with the treatment plan she suggested. She has amazing knowledge and really listened to what I wanted to achieve and is so honest with what she thinks you need/don’t need to achieve what you want. I've never had a bad experience going to Kirsty, every treatment done professionally and with the upmost care. she's never judgemental, always makes me feel welcome in her clinic, putting me at ease, she's so gentle, kind and really cares, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and talks through everything thoroughly, making sure you are happy, she'll be honest with you, and will never do too much. She always checks in after a treatment with a follow up text which is nice. So far I have had two microneedling sessions with Kirsty. Initially I booked to treat milia on my neck which I've noticed the difference with after 2 sessions. I'm also really impressed with the difference it's made to my overall skin condition. Kirsty is lovely, knowledgeable + put me at ease straight away. I would definitely recommend her.

Kirsty is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable & passionate about skincare. In a pretty saturated market it’s so reassuring to know that Kirsty has your best interests at heart. She talks you through everything, making sure you are happy before she starts. She continues to talk you though the whole procedure as she is carrying out the treatment and then gives lots of aftercare advice, even messaging later to check all is ok. You don’t get that personal service with anyone else! I would highly recommend any of Kirsty’s treatments and there are so many to choose from!

Kirsty is wonderful. Super reassuring and patient. I get quite anxious before treatments for the first time and ask lots and lots of questions and Kirsty is so reassuring and the appointments never feel rushed.
