Very friendly and warm staff, answered all my questions and made me feel totally relaxed about the procedure. Sharon- the in house wizardess- did an excellent job and I no longer have a bunch of manky skin tags, which is obviously awesome and exactly what I was after. Money well spent, for sure.

I had a wonderful, relaxing dermaplaning facial with Miryne! She was so lovely and welcoming. My skin can be sensitive and prone to breakouts, but she handled it perfectly. My skin glowing after and even a week later, people were still commenting on it! The treatment room was also very relaxing and comfortable.

I just had such a great consultation with Jemma for laser hair removal, she was so knowledgeable and I left feeling really well informed. Currently my hair type might not work under laser but I was so grateful for her honest, professional opinion, I think this showed that she really cares for her clients and their outcomes and wouldn’t want to charge for sessions if she didn’t expect to see results. The salon was spotless and the girls were so welcoming so I would highly recommend, I’m hoping my circumstances might change in the near future so I can start treatment as I know I will be in safe hands. I had two treatments recently at Soprano Ice with Dr Andrew Culbard and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I felt that Dr Culbard took the time to listen to what I was looking for and delivered this with excellent results. The staff at reception was also very polite and kind. I’ve had a really great experience with Soprano Ice Edinburgh. I started laser treatments to shape and clean up my beard line, and even after just three sessions I’ve already noticed a visible difference. The beard line looks much sharper, hair growth has reduced, and the results so far have exceeded my expectations.

The team have been incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the process, making each session comfortable and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt well looked after.

I’m genuinely very happy with the results I’ve achieved so far and would definitely recommend Soprano Ice Edinburgh to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially for beard shaping and definition.

This was my second visit with Dr Shad, and once again I had a fantastic experience. From the outset, he made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything that would happen before the procedure began. He ensured I was happy with the expected results and reassured me that, should I have any concerns, he would be more than happy to see me again as soon as possible.

Throughout the procedure, Dr Shad was calm, reassuring and attentive, checking in with me every step of the way and making sure I was comfortable at all times. Not only is he incredibly kind and approachable, but he is also highly professional and clearly very skilled at what he does.

Based on good reviews I decided to go for lip and chin laser hair removal at Soprano Ice Edinburgh with Alanah. I completed 6 sessions and I'm thrilled with the results. I started to notice reduction in hair growth after 4 sessions. It takes time but it is worth it. Alanah is highly professional and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. With the titanium laser hair removal is
discomfort minimal which last only a second.
I'm looking forward to completing my treatment and seeing even better results. I highly recommend Soprano Ice Edinburgh for everyone considering laser hair removal. Show less »

My experience has been 10/10 with them. I have been coming for a couple of years now and get my treatments done from Alana. She is truly beautiful on the inside and outside. She has boosted my confidence through the roof. Overall the staff are just lovely!
