Dr Nathan was so helpful, clearly explaining terms and the science behind products and procedures whilst being very patient with my lack of knowledge in the area. With it being my first ever skin care / analysis appointment, I was a little nervous but Dr Nathan never made me feel like I was being sold to, and was always reassuring that my comfort and budget... I cannot recommend Dr Nathan highly enough. From the very beginning, she took the time to really listen and understand exactly what I wanted. My biggest concern was achieving subtle, natural-looking results, and she completely respected that throughout the process. I cannot recommend Dr Nathan highly enough. From the very beginning, she took the time to really listen and understand exactly what I wanted. My biggest concern was achieving subtle, natural-looking results, and she completely respected that throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured into having more treatment than I was comfortable with.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge are exceptional.
What stood out most was the aftercare. Dr Nathan checked in regularly, followed up to make sure I was happy with my results, and was always available to answer questions. That level of care made me feel genuinely supported throughout the entire experience.
If you are looking for an aesthetic practitioner who prioritises natural results, patient safety, and truly personalised care, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nathan. I am absolutely delighted with my results and will definitely be returning in the future!! Show less »
