I’ve had two microneedling sessions so far and have been really happy with the experience and results. The treatments were explained clearly, and I always felt comfortable and well looked after.

Colette was honest and realistic about the results I could expect, which I really appreciated. I was quite nervous before the appointment, but she took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Went in today for tear trough filler and had such a good experience. Colette was really honest and told me I didn’t actually need the treatment, as my concern was pigmentation/veins rather than volume loss. Collette is extremely proffessional and very knowledgeable, she talks you through any concerns if you feel anxious about having Botox. The clinic is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

It’s clearly a very trustworthy place: I booked for Botox but she strongly advised not to get any and wait a few more years. I didn’t get any treatment done but I felt really respected as a costumer. It’s rare to find a place that prioritises honesty over profit, and I genuinely appreciated the advice. I’ll definitely be going back when the time comes.

Booked mircroneedling for the first time with Kate. I was initially quite nervous but all the staff but me at ease. During treatment Kate always asked if I was feeling ok. The treatment itself was obviously fine and Kate was amazing. I look forward to seeing the results!

Since I’ve been with Colette, my skin and lips have gone from a 2/10. I’m the most comfortable and happy I’ve been with my face in a long long time and I owe that all to her!
