The key “stand-outs” for me were having the experience of a thorough consultation that was less about “ticking a box”, and more so a genuine consultation with the freedom to ask whatever obscure questions you have, and genuinely receive a thorough, educated and clearly wealth of experience response. I had learnt so much from my consultation with Wendy that made me question how well I had researched and selected my previous aesthetician, it filled me with so much more peace of mind and confidence that I was in the safest and top quality practice.
Secondly, on my appointment day, Wendy offered products I didn’t know were an option that enhanced my overall experience. I had not realised localised anaesthetic was an option, but with Wendy’s trusted recommendation, they made all the more difference for the most comfortable treatment. Having this option that I had not experienced before, made me genuinely feel like my comfort and quality results were at the forefront of Wendy’s priorities.
during the treatment, Wendy showed genuine and thorough attention to detail to reach my desired look. So much so that she allowed me to observe her placement of injection site Live, to ensure I could genuinely be apart of, and guide my desired result as she completed the treatment, to really assure me that my desired look was exactly what she was striving for, and genuinely putting my wishes as her priority, whilst permitting her expertise and knowledge to have the best of both worlds. My desired results, and her top quality care and experience to ensure it is the safest, and most technically sound placement/treatment.
The hygiene and sanitary practices of the clinic and Wendy’s service, again, absolutely exceeded my expectations. Wendy proceeded to go above and beyond with the products she had used to medically clean and prepare the injection site. This was not only on preparation, but also at the end of the procedure, having the addition of products that maximise the prevention of infection, giving me peace of mind that the very best appliances have been used to avoid adverse reactions, was the perfect reassurance for me to feel cared for even on my leaving the clinic. It gave me the utmost peace of mind whilst recovering at home, and gave me the freedom to continue daily life with the benefit of not having to be so strict with avoiding makeup, skincare, food etc. Wendy truly strived to ensure the aftercare was taken care of before I stepped out of her office, applying topical treatments that enhanced sanitisation of the treated area for up to 6-hours post treatment.
Lastly, to receive complimentary items for aftercare, such as the clinic lip balm to take home, was the perfect final touch to make me feel genuinely cared for and in the very best hands.
All of the above were acquired benefits before even considering the PERFECT results I have been lucky enough to uncover on recovery.
I have recovered incredibly quickly, with minimised swelling, and NO BRUISING! again, far from previous experiences at other clinics. Wendy not only surpassed my expectations with clinical care, but exceeded my expectations for my desired results! Wendy has genuinely achieved the exact shape, structure, definition and overall look I so desperately wanted, giving me a surge in confidence only days since my appointment!
