I can't recommend Dr Sara and Shannon highly enough. They are always kind, helpful, and honest, and they have helped me improve my dental care significantly. Their sense of humour immediately puts me at ease, making every appointment a positive experience.

Dr Sara takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients, while Shannon is always welcoming, caring and supportive. I actually enjoy my consultations because they create such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

I’ve always had such a wonderful experience with Shefford Dental. The staff are all so kind and lovely. The dental nurses always work so hard and are really caring when my young children have to come with me. Shout out to Sam who is always really fab with my dreadful mouth of problems! From the very beginning, the reception team have been so lovely and friendly, always doing their best to find appointment times that accommodate me. It really makes such a difference.

I’ve been seeing Dr Abdel and his caring nurse Loren, and they have both been so kind and reassuring. As quite an anxious patient, I truly appreciate how patient, understanding, and gentle they’ve been. They’ve made me feel completely at ease, which is something I’ve struggled with in the past.

I usually get really anxious about going to the dentist — it’s something I’ve always struggled with — but Vaibhav and Loren were great and made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment. I can’t recommend them enough!

Writing on behalf of my parents…….. Myself and my husband attended the practice, and was treated by Rose. After suffering with ill fitting dentures for several years, Rose’s treatment has now left me feeling so much more comfortable and confident when eating out. Both her and her dental nurse were kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The repair looks perfect — you’d never know it was chipped. Highly recommend, e... Unreliable and unprofessional, looking elsewhere. I arranged a private dentist hygienist appointment 6 months ago. Received a reminder weeks ago. Arrived and it's closed (no staff cars parked, door locked, no one answering the intercom, no lights on). The sign near the door suggests they'll be open for another couple of hours today regardless of my appointm... Show more »

I'll find a more reliable dentist e.g. one of several dentists in Bedford accepting new NHS patients, so will no doubt save money as well as receiving a reliable and professional service. Show less »
