I had treatment in March/ April and was told they may need to do more than the initial job’ I said that’s fine and paid for the extra work just in case. In the end I did not need all the treatment that I’d paid for. The dentist said that I would be refunded in approximately 2 weeks. Well I am still waiting. It’s August. Do not pay these thieves. My root canal prodecure was rated as a 9/10 in terms of complexity and somewhat of a challange with , several, long, curvy roots with narrow canals. This isn't something you really want to hear. However, after having a few consulations and deciding on working with a dedicated endodontist I was reffered to speak to Andreas. From the moment I met him, I felt reassured and comfortable that I was in excellent hands, his and the supporting staff. The procedure was completed over two visits, where Andreas patiently deliverd expert treatment without complication. Painless. Simply unreal compered to the treatments I have had in the past. If you have a complex case, I simply cannot recommend Andreas and the team enough. Show less »
