I had such a great experience with Sam, a medical aesthetics nurse who is both incredibly friendly and professional. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, making you feel completely at ease throughout the process. I always feel safe in her care, and she ensures privacy is respected at all times. Sams clinic is based in Hereford. It’s really easy to get to and there is parking. Sam is really professional and takes the time to explain absolutely everything to you before any treatment goes ahead. I saw Sam for jaw clenching and teeth grinding. She explained how the Botox would work and so far it’s been about 5/6 weeks and I no longer feel the pain aro... Show more »

She explained how the Botox would work and so far it’s been about 5/6 weeks and I no longer feel the pain around my jaw or suffer from any tension headaches. Sam is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Always considers what you need as her first priority. I was nervous to venture into the Botox game and so glad I found Sam (who had been giving me my B12 for the past 12month so I knew I was in good hands!) Sam is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Always considers what you need as her first priority. I was nervous to venture into the Botox game and so glad I found Sam (who had been giving me my B12 for the past 12month so I knew I was in good hands!)
She carefully consulted and recommended what would be best for me instead of pushing for a sale into something i did not need.
After my initial dose I went back after 2 weeks and Sam topped up the areas I needed. This meant my treatment was as gradual and gentle as possible.
There isn't anyone else I'd trust with a needle!

Sam is professional and made me feel so comfortable. Sam talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel at ease.
The appointment and after care were great. I won’t be going anywhere else for Botox in the future.

Decided to have Botox and lip filler and wanted to make sure it was with someone professional who knew what they were doing! And I wasn’t disappointed. Very happy with results, they talked me through everything and made me feel at ease.
