I had my IV iron infusion with Simran yesterday, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the moment I arrived, he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the treatment and what to expect. He even discussed the medications I'm currently taking and explained how they work, which was incredibly helpful because I realised there was so much I didn't know. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out.
One thing that amazed me was that he found my vein straight away. Throughout my life, healthcare professionals have often struggled to find a vein, so this was such a pleasant surprise and made the whole experience much less stressful.
Simran was friendly, reassuring, and highly skilled, and I felt completely confident in his care from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning for future treatments and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for safe, professional, and knowledgeable care.

I’ve had an amazing experience at the Derby clinic and couldn’t be happier with my treatments so far.

I started with the Wellness IV drip, which completely restored my energy. I’m sleeping better, feel much clearer mentally, and it’s made a huge difference for someone who’s always on the go.

I’ve always struggled with my skin, but Profhilo has given me a natural, radiant glow. My skin looks healthier, more hydrated, and brighter than ever.

I also had polynucleotides for the eyes, and the results have been incredible. I suffer from eczema, dry eyes, and dark circles, and this treatment has really helped restore and deeply hydrate the under-eye area.

Simran makes me feel completely at ease and really takes the time to address all my concerns. Knowing he is a qualified pharmacist and fully knowledgeable about everything used in the clinic gave me total confidence throughout my treatments.
