I’ve been coming to this skin clinic for over a year and it has genuinely helped me so much. The staff are always so welcoming, especially the receptionist, who makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
The lead nurse has been amazing throughout my journey. She takes the time to understand your skin and carefully plans everything around your individual needs, rather than rushing you into popular treatments. She introduced products gradually, allowing my skin to breathe, and regularly reviews my progress.

She’s also so easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable opening up. Overall, I’ve had such a great experience. My skin has improved dramatically and I feel so much more confident. I’m really grateful for the care and would highly recommend the clinic! Show less »

I had an electrolysis consultation booked for two days time, which is £35, the booking email is transparent and lists that cancellation is required 72 hours before or you lose your money, and the fee is non refundable. The salon wasn’t open Monday as it is a bank holiday, and they dont open tuesdays, i had to cancel my appointment as i have a cold which i did not wish to pass on to the staff, so just wanted to amend as opposed to cancel. unfortunately despite my cold and the fact that id still given 48 hours to cancel given the bank hol, they refused to defer my appointment and asked me to book again using a link for a further consultation for an additional £35 - while they are upfront about losing your money - i didn’t rebook as £70 for a consultation is unreasonable, its an odd approach to consultations given no treatment is provided, and for me the approach to clients isnt worth the money. There are other electrolysis places that offer free consultations but they are quite booked and im on a waitlist for two! But given my experience id rather go elsewhere - so be mindful, if you fall ill they wont alter for you, and if you do wish to book here maybe dont book as far as advance as me, as i couldn’t predict getting a cold Show less »

Great results, honest high standard care and compliance, my goto clinic for everything from bloods to skincare.

I’ve tried many clinics across Birmingham and Solihull over the past 3 years, but Rejuven8 has been my regular constant choice for the last year. Unlike some places that focus on fancy decor and presentation, here you get high-end treatments, transparent pricing, premium branded products, and expert care without the unnecessary frills and fake promotions.

They deliver consistent, amazing results. Their HydraFacials are the only ones that give me clear, glowing results, snatched skin with added RF (without the breakouts). When I mentioned my concerns from post hydrafacial breakouts from other clinics, Saima added to the treatment a little salicylic acid or some reagent to prevent this. How clever! No more breakouts or maybe it was just her better technique. Saima is intelligent, knowledgeable, and humble. All her practitioners take time to explain everything clearly. She’s never pushy, only recommends what works, and always speaks from real results not sales targets.

When I have asked the clinic about other trending or new treatments, I have always been impressed by Saima’s passion to work from real long-term evidence backed results before jumping onto the bandwagon. Knowing that her leadership does not involve risk taking gives me so much peace of mind in terms of safety, health and cost.

This now makes sense how Non of the staff at Rejuven8 are pushy or commission based. You won’t feel any pressure after a calm treatment. It really is about you, your skin care and delivering the newest and most effective treatment evidence supported.

I highly recommend all of Rejuven8’s facials, and skin rejuvenating injectables. My skin always feels instantly clean, plump, and hydrated right after treatment. I recommend their great value packages which help to keep results lasting longer through maintenance.

If you want an effective, high standard honest care and don’t mind forgoing a beverage on a plate decorated with botany and flowers for an equally delicious or soothing beverage then this is your place to settle at. My skin has never looked or felt so good. MA. Show less »

AVOID !! I booked an appointment but never received a confirmation email or any appointment reminder. Because of this lack of communication, eveb though they have my correct email on file, my dates got mixed up and Google Calendar automatically placed it on the wrong day. AVOID !! I booked an appointment but never received a confirmation email or any appointment reminder. Because of this lack of communication, eveb though they have my correct email on file, my dates got mixed up and Google Calendar automatically placed it on the wrong day.

On the day of the appointment, I received a call informing me that I have lost the full payment as a cancellation charge. There was no flexibility offered, no attempt to reschedule, and no alternative appointment provided.

Overall, the experience was very poor. The absence of basic communication like confirmation and reminders, combined with an inflexible cancellation policy and zero effort to help resolve the situation, was extremely disappointing. Be very cautious before booking.

And I did not refuse to book another appointment, neither did i refuse to pay. There is no need to lie to justify yourself. I wasn't offered an alternative at all. It was me who asked for a reschedule & was even ready to pay a cancellation charge. No flexibility whatsoever. Show less »

Excellent place to visit regularly. Staff are extremely pleasant, they give the best treatment and really do go out their way to take care of you. I have electrolysis done myself and have noticed a massive reduction in the hairs that grow back.
