Will definitely not be using or recommending this establishment. Always try and shop local to support businesses, however the business manager here could not be less helpful. A family member purchased some treatments for me for my birthday in August 2024 and I planned to use the voucher in June 2025 just before my son’s wedding believing the gift voucher to be valid for one year. I realised when I was looking to book that they expired after 6 months so I called in to see if they would extend them. Got a call to say the business manager said no and that there is no point having rules if you’re going to break them! I work in business and understand the importance of giving excellent customer service, this is not what I would call a rule break, this is that you have got the money and don’t care. Note of caution, there are many other local businesses that offer what you do, you may want to consider treating your customers a little better. Show less »

Great location and free parking nearby. My first visit I was pleased to say was all I had hoped for. I have been a client for 7 years. I cannot recommend Rachel goddards enough, they provide an informative, professional & clinically clean service, I was made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped through the door, I felt extremely reassured knowing that the staff are from medically trained backgrounds and Rachel herself trains fellow medical practitioners to carry out aesthetic treatment... I cannot recommend Rachel goddards enough, they provide an informative, professional & clinically clean service, I was made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped through the door, I felt extremely reassured knowing that the staff are from medically trained backgrounds and Rachel herself trains fellow medical practitioners to carry out aesthetic treatments they really do know what they are talking about.
A consultation is a must and the procedure your having is explained & the realistic outcomes to expect. On consultation a patch test & fee is explained which I found to be reasonable and expected. I recommend Rachel to my own clients if they ever ask about aesthetic salons locally, I do this knowing my own clients will be in safe hands and I’m confident they will receive just as good a service as myself.
