I booked a consultation and put info as to what it was for. I booked a consultation and put info as to what it was for. I travelled for 5 hours round trip from Waterloo and then found out that they had booked me with someone who didn't handle my treatment request. I was refunded for the consult and I appreciate that, but after £80 in travel fares and missed work meetings for what was a 10-minute "you need to see someone else", I am frustrated. They should call you up before your appointment to check what it's for at least, or offer online preliminary appointments to negate this, before we then see a consultant. Show less »

I have been to Dr Quinn for advice three times now... and I haven't had any treatments yet! I think this is a huge testament to Dr Quinn giving very honest and experienced advice to hold off from things you THINK you might need but objectively don't, and may not work for you long term, or be right for your facial structure. I have been to Dr Quinn for advice three times now... and I haven't had any treatments yet! I think this is a huge testament to Dr Quinn giving very honest and experienced advice to hold off from things you THINK you might need but objectively don't, and may not work for you long term, or be right for your facial structure.

Also in this social media world, I think he's a bit of an anchor for cutting through all the BS. I think he values the beauty and uniqueness in human faces and is definitely not looking for a cookie cutter approach to beauty. I have followed practitioners who appear to champion this but are still producing moulds of the same face, and indeed their own faces start to shift to reflect this beauty ideal too. I think this is a danger we are all susceptible to, and all have to be vigilant of.

I trust Dr Quinn entirely. Waiting has been the best advice someone could give me and when he does treat me I know it will be a balanced holistic approach that suits my amatomy.

I went to see John after a recommendation. I found him really easy to talk to and he understood what i was trying to achieve, He was straight forward and gave me solutions and advice and he let me make up my own mind about how to move forward, I have been 4 times for various treatments so far, 1 with John and 3 with Rachel who is really nice, i felt very c... I went to see John after a recommendation. I found him really easy to talk to and he understood what i was trying to achieve, He was straight forward and gave me solutions and advice and he let me make up my own mind about how to move forward,
I have been 4 times for various treatments so far, 1 with John and 3 with Rachel who is really nice, i felt very comfortable and at ease, she was great and chatted to me making everything more comfortable. My results are amazing.
All round great experience, i would like to say a special thank you to Phoebe who was always there to greet me at each visit and very sweet.
I would highly recommend this clinic and have already done so to several friends.
